The condition of the facilities is aging, and noise levels in the hotel can be disruptive.

We had a wonderful stay in a cozy pet-friendly room! The nearby ski resorts and the quiet, wooded surroundings made for a perfect weekend. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with a lovely view of Big Bear Lake. My family appreciated the game room too.

In my wife’s opinion, having more family-friendly activities would be great.

Family getaway with a twist

This place nailed it with customer service,, I mean Michael was a lifesaver! We needed extra pillows and boom, they were at our door in no time. The child-friendly fireplace made my two-year-old's stay peaceful -- he just giggled at his reflection in the long mirrors,, pure joy.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

We loved the outdoor heated pool and hot tub nestled among the trees. The staff made our experience pleasant with their friendliness and quick assistance. Breakfast stood out with made-to-order omelets and a delightful selection of pastries. However, my friends found the noise levels from the AC a bit disruptive, and the gym could definitely use an update. Despite these small areas for improvement, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider coming back.

I had the most delightful stay! The cozy room featured a beautiful gas fireplace, giving the whole space that warm, cabin-like vibe. Breakfast was a treat with a mini pancake station and a selection of fresh fruit – I couldn’t get enough! Plus, the outdoor jacuzzi surrounded by towering pine trees made for a refreshing escape after a long day.
